City Clerk

The Clerk is charged with the responsibility of keeping a record of all proceedings of the City Council and serves as custodian of the City Seal. The City Clerk has custody of all birth, death and marriage records pertaining to Brockton.

The City Clerk's Office promptly and accurately responds to the public's demand for certified records.

Death Certificate - $20

Marriage Certificate - $20

Intent to Marry - $45

Yard Sale - $15

Business Certificate - $145
