  Brockton’s Promise (www.brocktonspromise.org) promotes a climate of unity and partnership that shall enlist the motivated, concerned, and diverse people of Brockton to mobilize support from all sectors of the community in order to build the character and competence of our young people by fulfilling the Five Promises.
